Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after order confirmation and payment verification.

Daily Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. If you place an order on a Friday after 2:00 PM PST, your order will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

The following locations are not eligible for delivery:

  • U.S. territories (including but not limited to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. Box addresses

All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on your location and package weight. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Direct link to track your package

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@oonsale.it.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@oonsale.it.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Holidays & Weather Delays

During peak holiday seasons or in the event of severe weather conditions, delivery times may be longer than estimated. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates during these periods.
